1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in golf lessons, instruction, practice, and related activities with RVC Golf involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: physical exertion, muscle strain, impact from golf balls or clubs, uneven terrain, weather conditions, and other foreseeable or unforeseeable hazards.

I voluntarily choose to participate in golf lessons provided by RVC Golf and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in golf lessons and related activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless RVC Golf, its owner(s), instructors, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in golf instruction and related activities. I acknowledge that RVC Golf has not provided medical advice and is not responsible for determining my fitness to participate.

I agree to immediately stop participation and notify the instructor if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any medical concern.

4. Minors (Under 18 Years of Age)

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign below. By signing, the parent or guardian agrees to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

5. Photo & Video Release (Optional but Recommended)

I grant RVC Golf permission to use photographs or videos taken during lessons for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes, without compensation.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona.

7. Acknowledgment & Signature

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights.
